The link you were given
Recover it, and see how many people have joined through it.
Every supporter was issued a link when they signed up. If you never saved it, this page will send it to you again.
Send me my link
We will reply the same way whether or not that address is on our list. This page is not a way to find out who has signed up.
Why it works this way
This is a list of Californians who have publicly backed independence. Whether a particular person is on it is their business and nobody else’s, so we will not confirm or deny an address to whoever happens to be typing. Sending the link to the inbox that owns the address is the only way to answer the question safely.
The emailed link works for 30 minutes. The referral link it shows you does not expire, and it is the same one every time you ask.
What the link does
Anyone who signs up through it is recorded against your name, so we can tell you how many people you brought in. That number is the measure of what one supporter can do, which is why the link is recoverable rather than stranded in a closed browser tab.
